As people need to find our way in the modern world. We have lived in a static culture for about 80 years, a system that tells us what to do, how to do, who to be, and when to be, leaving little or no room to develop the inner voice and the creative genius of our heart. There is no cookie cutter way to do ministry, to serve as lights for Science of Mind. By tapping into our inner compass we can reveal the infinite number of ways available to transform lives and create a world that works for everyone.

Discovering and understanding our primary needs through the Striving Styles Personality System and finding our Why statement based on Simon Sinek’s work, will be the foundational tools that expose our individual genius in ways that are fluid and creative. In this 3-week program ministers will have a clear understanding of how best they can serve in their work.
