You Are More Than You Think is a space of joy, connection, and intentional play. Through improv games and simple embodied exercises, we’ll shake off self-consciousness, say yes to spontaneity, and delight ourselves with what we’re capable of. No acting experience needed—just a willingness to jump in and have fun. Discover new sides of yourself, cheer for each other, and leave feeling a little braver, freer, and more alive.
