Practice the Presence: Meditation Support Group
 (Now Being Held Outside - At a New Location Each Week)

This meditation gathering is a powerful way to raise your spirits. A time for reflection and a peaceful place to clarify your thoughts.
Sunday mornings: an hour of guided meditation and a unique form of non-linear, yogic "dialogue" sharing. (No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome)

Please dress for the weather and for being outside. And please bring something to sit on that will be comfortable for the hour


As a companion practice, you may also wish to work outside the sessions with the 365 day inspirational journal called "Practice the Presence". The journal is available through the Centre office. Contact us to arrange how to get your copy.
