Throughout this 4-week program, you'll gain a deeper self-awareness and insights into your optimal contributions in ministry.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

1. Participant will complete their Striving Styles Personality System (SSPS) assessment.
2. Participant will have an in-depth understanding of the results of their SSPS and areas they may consider for growth and change.
3. Collaborating with partners, participants will shape their WHY statement, gaining a clear sense of how to express their genius in action.
