It is a sacred moment, a threshold between outer action and inner reflection. Equilibrium invites you to honor this turning point through dance, where movement becomes meditation and expression becomes release. Together, we’ll explore the space between stillness and motion, holding and letting go, as we seek harmony within ourselves and with the season.
Born and raised on the vibrant west coast, Cashmere's (aka Lisa Larkin) lifelong passion for music and dance led her to embrace DJing many moons ago.
