This dance is an invitation to explore the spaces in between. Through movement and music, we’re invited to notice the stillness within the movement – the pause between the steps, the silence between the notes.

Life is always happening – not only in the big moments, the peaks, and the intensity, but also in the quiet, often unnoticed, sometimes mundane moments we tend to pass right by. In the pause. In the breath. In the space between this moment and the next.

We often look for meaning in the heightened experiences – in the fire, the energy, the expansion.

But the deeper message, the meaning of it all, the essence of life, is found in the moments where nothing in particular seems to be happening – and yet everything exists.
