About the Event
Don't be fooled, this workshop is a journey in self discovery not a typical Earth Day activity. Join Jill & Collette for an afternoon of awakening including:
- Forest bathing
- Group work
- Mind body & earth body connection
- Methods in self exploration
- Breakthrough disengagement
These experiences are always amazing!
Register to reserve your spot. We will be outside, dress for the elements. Bring a journal and pen, something to lie and sit on, water, and appropriate walking footwear.
LOCATION: Cross over the Brewster Lake Dam and park in the new parking lot, left side of the road.
