In metaphysics we know that living in the Now is where love, health, joy, peace, abundance and everything we desire exists. The secret is to set into motion a series of moments that align with what you desire. First, it helps to have a vision of that desire. The Law of Mind is always saying "Yes!" to whatever you focus on. The Law of Attraction draws those experiences to you.
