Inner Critic Blues?

This workshop is inspired by the work Jill has been doing this summer, as she re-engaged with the Artist Way by Julia Cameron.

We are all creative beings. Along the journey, we meet up with our inner critic, the part of ourselves that doesn't believe our fullest expression is possible.

We will be sharing aspects of our stories that set us back time and time again, and antidotes for guilt and shame.

Whether this is your first time exploring the Artist Way, or, like Jill, you find yourself wanting to pick it up again after many years, you will enjoy the experience of deepening through the layers and bringing yourself back to your creative genius.

You will need your journal for this 1.5-hour workshop to begin uncovering your new life—the life you have been dreaming of living.
