About the Event
The days are more reliably warmer and drier now, so we are heading back outdoors for meditation! This Sunday, we'll meet on the beach at Adams Park (which is at the end of Adams Road in Campbell River, behind Serious Coffee).
Dress for comfort, and bring a blanket and something to sit or lie on, if you think you'd like that. Everyone is welcome! Bring a friend!
The dates and days for outdoor meditations will change. The plan right now is for Sunday and/or Thursday mornings, but we are open to other requests. Please check the website the day before for the exact location, and to see whether the meditation will be going ahead (depending on weather).
