DESCRIPTION:

• Experiential grounding meditation, 
• Intentional mandala creation,
• Optional cold water plunge.  

 A backup location will be chosen if the weather gnarly.

BRING: 

• Blanket to lay on ground, or chair to meet accessibility needs,
• Biodegradable earth material offering to share with others, (eg. seeds, leafs, coffee bean, legumes, flower pedals...),
• Spring altar object for mandala (does not need to be biodegradable),
• Journal and pen,
• Loose fitting warm clothes,
• Towel and swim suit,
• Warm drink.

Pre-registration is required. Please keep in mind that the Centre is a charitable organization whose operations are solely supported through donations . Your generosity is appreciated.
