The day will be filled with mindfulness practice, guided experience, group process, sharing, and soul searching. Bring your own lunch and a chair.
NOTE: (Although we are in the Elk Falls area, we are in the old part upstream from the suspension bridge, where hardly a person walks, and we have special access for our event.)
