The Insidious Nature of Fear

Apparently, I have allowed myself to develop a bit of a worry addiction. 😬
I have a solid faith practice, and I generally feel grounded and trusting in Life… but then... . It can also happen that, when I "take my eye off it for five minutes", I find myself suddenly imagining everything that could possibly go wrong.
A recent experience I had with that impulse towards fear got me thinking that having faith is a lot like committing to physical fitness. When we are diligent and active in our faith practices for a while, but then declare ourselves spiritually fit and allow ourselves to "coast", our strength begins to diminish over time.
So, this week I am asking a pretty simple question: What am I practicing—faith or fear? I invite you to have a listen to this week's vlog message, and to ask yourself the same thing. I’m curious to hear where you land.
