Let's get real about power. (I am not talking about the kind that makes you feel strong because someone else is doing what you want—that's actually exhausting, isn't it? ) The power I am referring to is the kind that lives inside you.

True power doesn't care what your neighbour thinks. It is quieter than that. It's deeper. And honestly? It changes everything about how you move through your days. (Listen to this week's vlog and learn the difference).
