A better world for everyone is an amazing desire to have, but it comes about as the result of people doing their own deep work... it doesn’t usually happen the other way around.
People often get this mixed up; thinking that if they do certain things (like committing to not eating certain foods, or saying special words, or following strict rules) they will become better or wiser, somehow. That isn't the way things work.
Instead, when someone grows on the inside — experiencing themselves as more peaceful, kind, and clear — their external actions naturally tend to change, even without 'trying' . As profound shifts happen for us internally, we tend to then eat differently, speak differently, and treat other people better in our outer worlds. This is because of who we have become. It doesn't happen through attempting to force something to transpire.
Have a listen to what Jill has to say about 'the inside' changing, and 'the outside' following along all by itself.
