In an interview with my dear friend and colleague, Collette, she shared the following:
"Two years ago, I had sailing on my 'pipe dream' list. You know, those things that sound amazing but feel completely impossible? I didn't know anyone who sailed, had never been on a sailboat, and honestly couldn't figure out how someone like me would even start".
Fast forward to last week: "I'm solo sailing a 37-foot boat through some pretty intense winds and tight passages, and I'm thinking that this is exactly what I'm supposed to be doing." Collette reported. "Not gonna lie", she added, "I get a little emotional telling this story, because it hit me how much my life has changed since I started chasing the things that actually light me up".
Then Collette went on: "This whole experience got me thinking about all the dreams we write off before we even try. What's on your 'never-gonna-happen' list that maybe... just maybe... could?"
