What if nothing in your life is actually stuck… it’s just well practiced?


The thoughts that repeat, the reactions that feel automatic, the places you keep finding yourself in again and again... .  It can start to feel like that's just who you are, but what if the recurring factors in your life are  not as fixed as they seem?


What we know is that something that has been practiced enough to turn out one way can also be changed if it is practiced another way. The change may not happen perfectly or all at once, but things can absolutely shift, gently and consciously, one small choice at a time.


Notice: the moment you become aware of a pattern, you are already no longer fully inside it.  It is in the space that is created through mindful attention, where something new becomes possible.
