Who Am I to Say?

It really is best if we can find a way to embrace the 'weird and wacky' lives of everyone around us, and celebrate our differences. What happens when we stop pointing fingers at others, though? Suddenly, there is nothing left to focus our attention on, other than taking a good, long look in the mirror. When we finally pay attention to how we have been showing up, we are often led to some pretty wild insights about the judgments we've been carrying around - both about ourselves and about others. I'm going to share a simple exercise that totally changed the game for me: that is, actually imagining what it's like to walk in someone else's shoes.
