We talk a lot about "wellness" these days, but much of it stays focused on the surface — what we do with our bodies, how we manage our habits, how we keep ourselves “on track.”


What if wellness is something far more complete than that?


In this week's vlog conversation, I explore what it means to come back into a fuller sense of self — where body, mind and spirit aren’t separate projects, but part of one living experience. Let's consider how often it is the unexpected moments, even the uncomfortable ones, that bring us back into alignment.
